TalentNoma wants every applicant to know just what they are applying for and to feel safe throughout. This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to when advertising roles and speaking with applicants.
It is a summary. Our Website Terms and Privacy Statement hold the full detail and take precedence if anything here seems to differ.
Each role we advertise is one that an employer is truly offering. We make no earnings promises, and we do not invent figures, ratings or placement counts. Where an advert and the website disagree, we fix the one that is wrong.
Applicants are never charged by TalentNoma. We ask for no deposits, starter kits, course fees, credits or balance top-ups, and we never ask applicants for passwords, one-time codes or bank logins.
Before work starts, ask the employer to confirm in writing who they are, what the work involves, the pay and the payment dates. We can set out the general picture on WhatsApp, but it is the employer's written terms you should lean on.
Our roles are open to adults living anywhere in Australia. We turn no one away on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or any similar characteristic.
If information in another format would help, or you would like extra support during the course, let our team know and we will do what we can.
Each role opens with a short online course, and our team stays reachable on WhatsApp while you work through it. No one is expected to start work before they feel ready.
The employers we work with must describe roles truthfully, pay people as agreed and treat applicants with respect. We look into any complaint about an employer and halt introductions where the concern holds up.
Genuine messages from TalentNoma come from the WhatsApp number shown on this site or from an address ending in @talent-noma.com. We will never ask you to move to an unfamiliar app, send you a payment link, or ask to see your screen. If that happens, do not reply, and please tell us.
Personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy Statement and in keeping with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If an advert, a message or a role does not seem right, email careers@talent-noma.com with as much detail as you can. A member of our team reads every report and will tell you what came of it.
The descriptions, photos and examples here are meant to give an honest, general sense of working from home. The photos show people at work and are not images of specific employers or applicants. When a role changes, we update the site promptly.
We review these standards whenever our process changes, and at least once a year. Any change is shown here with a fresh date.
