TalentNoma, based in Bright, Victoria, runs talent-noma.com. These terms apply to every visit to the site and to every message you send us through it. By using the site you accept them; if you would rather not, please stop using it.
The terms stay the same however you reached us, be it through an advert, a search result or a link passed on by someone you know.
“TalentNoma”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean our business. “You” refers to anyone who visits the site or applies. “Employer” means the business that provides the work and pays for it.
We are a recruitment and introduction service, not an employer. Looking through the site or messaging us does not make you a TalentNoma employee and creates no employment contract with us.
The roles shown here are home-based positions offered by independent employers. What is on offer shifts regularly, and a role may be taken or changed before an introduction can be set up.
The descriptions are a broad guide. We explain the particulars of each role, and the employer confirms them, so minor differences between employers are to be expected.
An introduction carries no guarantee of a role. Every employer makes its own hiring choice.
You apply by messaging us on WhatsApp. We answer your questions and set out what follows. WhatsApp only sends a message once you tap send. If WhatsApp is not an option for you, email careers@talent-noma.com and we will carry on that way.
TalentNoma will never ask you to pay an application fee, to buy credits or coins, to top up a balance, to pay to unlock work, or to pay to have wages released. Anyone asking you for money while saying they are from TalentNoma is not, and we ask you to report it.
Rates, hours and other conditions are set by the employer. Before you begin, ask the employer to put in writing its registered business name, what the work involves, the rate of pay, the hours expected and when payment is made.
We work to keep the website, our adverts and our messages all saying the same thing. If you see an advert that does not line up with the site, tell us and we will correct whichever one is out of step.

Please do not misuse the site, try to get past its security, copy it wholesale with automated tools, or use it to send spam or harmful material.
Do not impersonate anyone when contacting us, and do not attempt to collect details about other applicants. We may end contact with anyone who is abusive towards our team.
The text, images, layout and photographs here belong to TalentNoma or are used under licence. You may view and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Some of what we offer leans on outside providers such as WhatsApp and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we have no control over how they run.
Where we link to an outside service like WhatsApp, we are not answerable for what it publishes or how it behaves. Please read its own policies before you share anything with it.
We answer messages as quickly as we reasonably can on business days. Near public holidays or during an especially busy stretch, a reply may take a little longer. We ask that messages stay civil, and we will be civil in return.
We try to keep the site running well, yet cannot promise it will always be available or wholly free of faults. We may alter, pause or withdraw parts of it at any time.
Nothing here takes away any right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be set aside.
As far as the law allows, TalentNoma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from employers' decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to providing the service again.
Ideas for making the site or our process better are always welcome. We may act on your feedback without owing you anything for it, and we will not put your name to it unless you agree.
We correct any error on the site as soon as we reasonably can. A plain mistake binds neither you nor us.
Please give us accurate information, tell us when your contact details change, and read any offer with care before accepting it.
You are responsible for keeping your phone and WhatsApp account secure, for the device and connection you use, and for any tax owed on what you earn.
We are not liable for delays or failures brought about by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at the services we depend on.
You may stop dealing with us at any time by telling our team or sending an email. We may stop an application where the information given is untrue or the role has closed. Terms meant to last, such as the limits on liability, continue to apply.
If a court holds that any term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms carry on in full.
These terms, with our Privacy Statement and our Applicant Safety & Compliance page, make up the entire agreement between you and TalentNoma about the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, and you and TalentNoma submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
We will send any notice to the email address or WhatsApp number you have used to reach us. You may send notices to us at careers@talent-noma.com.
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the current version always sits on this page with its date. Questions are welcome at careers@talent-noma.com.
